The Bill (Reg. No. 2183) aims at refining the civil procedure legislation in the part of determining procedure of strict consideration of requirements on debt recovery for payment of housing and public utilities services, as well as protection of citizens’ rights and interests.
Attention was drawn to the fact that the Ministry of Justice, the Supreme Court and the High Specialized Court on Civil and Criminal Cases, having made their remarks believe that the bill includes legally unfounded suggestions.
